6 Web-based CRM Applications Side-by-Side
Highrise
Highrise is a popular CRM from 37signals, developers of many other popular productivity web apps. Neither option is free, you may need to pay for storage space more than anything else.
they probably only target enterprise users, but for my use, only want to go with a plan if it has more power than the cheapest option costing less than the $50/month option.
Salesforce
Salesforce is the most popular CRM, prices start at $9 per month and go up to more than you can count. This Application is trying to integrate its customer relationship management process with the latest lead generation process into the system, using the Google AdWords integration.
Oracle CRM On Demand
Oracle CRM On Demand starts at $70 per month per user. What you can get for that $70 is not very clear, with a fairly convoluted website design that makes it difficult to find decent information, and poorly written copy. Oracle has some built-in analytics tools and call center integration features that will make it more useful for sizable businesses.
PipelineDeals
PipelineDeals can provide relief for a monthly fee of $ 15 per user, and unlimited data storage is included in the price. There is also a fairly limited free account also called Personal Edition, which one might conclude is not useful for anything to do with business. Salesforce tries to integrate its customer relationship management process with the process of driving new leads into the system, and uses Google AdWords integration.
SugarCRM
SugarCRM has a local product, however we are looking at hosted CRM, therefore I will only be looking at their hosted option, Sugar On-Demand. The cheapest option is $40 per month and allows up to 300 users, although it requires an annual commitment. It also requires you to have five or more users, which is a very odd and restrictive move (as if the requirement for an annual commitment wouldn’t be enough).
Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM offers one of the best deals. The first three users get free, and after that each user is required to pay a different price. for Professional $12/month and for Enterprise $25/month. The free edition is no less than the paid version; it doesn’t close lets you send email marketing materials and no SSL.
